Plan your agent
AI agents

An agent that does the busywork.

We design and build custom AI agents that read your documents, use your tools and finish real tasks end to end, and hand over to a person whenever a decision needs one.

Use cases

Where an agent earns its keep.

Pick a team to see the kind of work we hand to agents first: repetitive, rules-based, and slow for people.

Answer common questions from your help docs, sort and tag incoming tickets, draft replies for review, and pass anything sensitive straight to a person.

Research a lead before a call, keep the CRM up to date after one, and draft follow-ups in your team's voice.

Move data between systems, fill in the same forms every week, chase missing information, and flag what doesn't match.

Read invoices and receipts, match them to orders, and prepare entries for someone to approve, not post on their own.

Built to be trusted

Useful, and built with safeguards.

01

A person stays in the loop

Anything that spends money, sends to a customer or changes a record can wait for a human to approve it.
02

Grounded in your data

We design answers to come from your own documents and systems, with sources shown, so people can check the work.
03

Only the access it needs

We aim to give each agent narrow permissions and keep a log of its actions, so the work stays visible and reviewable.
04

Tested on real tasks

Before launch we test it against examples of your actual work, and we agree how it will be checked after launch.
Plugs into your stack

Works where your team already works.

Agents connect to the tools you use today, so nobody has to learn a new app to benefit from one.

Which tools an agent can connect to depends on your setup, the access you grant and what the project needs. We confirm this before we build.

Questions

What people ask us first.

Will it make things up?
We design agents to ground answers in your own sources and show them, and to say “I don't know” and ask a person rather than guess. No AI system is perfect, which is why important actions can be set to need approval.
Where does our data go?
That depends on the project, so we agree it with you before we build anything. We'll tell you which AI provider and hosting an agent would use, what data it can see and what, if anything, is stored. We don't promise a data location or a retention period until that setup is confirmed with you.
How long does a first agent take?
Most start with one narrow task. How long a first version takes depends on the task, the tools it needs to connect to and how much testing it needs. We'll give you an estimate after the first conversation, before any work begins, and widen the agent's job from there.
Do we need to change our tools?
We aim to work with the tools you already use, where they allow access. If something has no way in, we'll tell you up front.

Got a task that eats your week?

Tell us about it. We'll tell you honestly whether an agent can take it on, and what a first version would look like.
