Varun Handloom Store: a hospitality wholesale website.
A product-focused website for a hospitality wholesale business, designed to present its bedding, linen, towel and hotel amenity offerings and make it easy for business customers to enquire.
Real screens from the live site.
Captured from the deployed website on desktop and mobile.

What the business needed.
Varun Handloom Store has supplied bed sheets, bed linen, duvet covers, comforters, towels and hotel amenities to the hospitality trade since 2012, from a showroom in Zirakpur / Mohali, Punjab.
The business needed an online presence where hospitality buyers (hotels, resorts and guesthouses) could look through the range and get in touch, without a complex e-commerce checkout. Orders and prices are agreed in conversation, so the site had to lead buyers to that conversation quickly.
Requirements: no payment gateway, a catalogue that works on a phone as well as a desktop, and enquiry channels the business already uses: WhatsApp and Instagram.
A catalogue that ends in an enquiry.
A responsive website that showcases products and sends interested buyers to the business's own enquiry channels. Everything below is present in the delivered code.
- Responsive layoutsDesigned for desktop, tablet and mobile, with a collapsing menu and full-width calls to action on small screens.
- Product catalogueCategory browsing, sorting, search and individual product pages for bed sheets, linen, duvet covers, comforters, towels and amenities.
- Wholesale Quote TrayBuyers add several products and quantities, then send one consolidated enquiry by WhatsApp. Optional 10, 25 and 50-room templates help hotels size a request.
- WhatsApp on every pageA floating WhatsApp button, a header button and a WhatsApp link on each product card.
- Instagram and contactA header link and call-to-action section for the business's Instagram account, plus a contact page with showroom address, hours and an embedded map.
- Admin area for the teamA login-protected dashboard to add, edit and delete products, mark stock status, feature products and upload images, so the catalogue can be updated without a developer.
- Clear navigationFour top-level pages (Home, Shop, About Us, Contact) with a prominent quote button always in reach.

Built in iterations.
We started from the business's goal, which was to turn browsing into a WhatsApp conversation, and built the catalogue and quote flow around it. The first version was then redesigned, checked on real phone and desktop screens, and hardened: admin access is limited to authorised users, database rules are enforced in Postgres, and image uploads are validated on the server.
The website is live and working across desktop, tablet and mobile. A custom domain will be added later.
What was delivered.
A live, responsive wholesale website that presents the business's range and gives hospitality buyers a direct route to enquire through WhatsApp or Instagram, with an admin area to keep the catalogue current.
We haven't published traffic, enquiry or sales figures for this project, so we don't quote any.
